Yes, always. Every booking at Breaking Point is 100% private, so you play only with your own group and we never add strangers to fill a room. Book for two or for ten, the room belongs to your party alone.

How much do your escape rooms cost?

The Crystal Cave and The Secret at Whitmore Estate are $42 per person. Headcase, our longer thriller, is $45 per person. Pricing is per player, so small and large groups are both welcome. You'll see live availability and any current offers when you book online.

How long does a game take?

Accepted Answer

The Crystal Cave and Whitmore Estate run 60 minutes; Headcase runs 75. Plan for about 90 minutes total once you include check-in and your pre-game briefing.

How many people can play?

Accepted Answer

Most rooms hold 3 to 8 players, and Whitmore Estate fits up to 10. Four to six is the sweet spot for first-timers, enough hands to search and solve without anyone standing around. Bigger group? Call (909) 688-9088 and we'll split you across rooms or stagger start times.

What ages can play? Are the rooms good for kids?

Two of our three rooms are family-friendly. The Crystal Cave and The Secret at Whitmore Estate are recommended for ages 7 and up, with an adult in the room for younger players. Headcase is darker and more intense and is rated 13 and up. Families usually start with The Crystal Cave.

Are the rooms scary?

Only one leans dark. Headcase is an intense psychological thriller with cinematic effects and low light, recommended for 13 and up, but it's not a haunted house, nothing chases or touches you. The Crystal Cave is a bright fantasy adventure and Whitmore Estate is a classic mystery, both comfortable for kids and nervous first-timers.

Do we need experience? How do hints work?

Accepted Answer

No experience needed, most of our guests are first-timers. Your game master explains everything before the clock starts and gives hints whenever your team gets stuck, so you never stay stuck for long.

What happens if we don't escape in time?

Accepted Answer

Plenty of teams don't beat the clock and still have a blast. If the timer runs out, your game master walks you through the puzzles you didn't reach so you see how the story ends.

How early should we arrive, and what if we're late?

Where are you located, and is parking free?

We're at 10582 Foothill Blvd #160 in Rancho Cucamonga, in the Terra Vista Shopping Center near Haven Ave, right next to Target, minutes from Victoria Gardens and a short drive from Ontario, Upland, and Fontana. Free parking in the shopping center lot.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your start time using the link in your Bookeo confirmation email. We don't refund within 24 hours, but we'll always try to help, just call us.
